AccuTrac (Automatically Check Classroom Usage, Testing, Reporting, & Attendance Control) AccuTrac is the first system of its kind developed for teachers to administrators. It automatically checks and logs; mobility, testing, grading, and gives an accurate account of attendance, all in real time. The simplicity of this system is achieved by a biometric activated card known as the SAFE Card™. This card when plugged into any of SOSB's card readers, whether it's at school, on the bus or at home, authenticates and verifies the cards owner and "Only" the card's owner, granting access for a variety of uses. This card becomes the personal property of the child and stays with them at all times as their personal ID card. Anytime a card is used in the school system it was activated in, a log is posted for immediate reference accessible only by staff with their SAFE Card.

Access: Access to enter or exit a building is only granted to the authorized and approved card user. Whether it's for before care or after care programs, weekend activities or maintenance staff, the SAFE Card can be issued to an approved user where restricted access is required. Access is denied to those who do not meet the institution's requirements, (i.e. students who do not belong to that school, predators or solicitors). In the event access must be restricted for any reason, AccuTrac can deny access to a card and user in seconds, with warnings sounds of any attempted intrusions online or in person.

Attendance: Accurate accounting of attendance is a growing concern for all and has plagued learning institutions for years. The AccuTrac system monitors access in an institution along with the classroom usage, giving the administration an immediate accounting of where a child is and the security of knowing that the child is safe at school. In the event of a tardy student, AccuTrac logs in real time, the mobility of the child once they have entered the building, and sends a report to all necessary administration records.

Grading and Reporting: The flexibility of the AccuTrac system offers a variety of configurations, like one; to securely input information by authorized personnel only. Through the use of encryption and a SAFE Card, teachers can now grade, at school or home, knowing access is secure to the AccuTrac system (system venerability eliminated). Similar to the way attendance is recorded by a child activating their card, the same method is used by teachers. Each time a grade is inputted into the AccuTrac system, it updates the student.s database file for automatic processing of grade updates and report cards. Two; Grades or student information can be automatically emailed to parents and all this is achieved by a simple touch of a finger.
